I tried your method, and it all seemed fine.One problem - not only did the new ipas not install because of an "unknown error" (gotta love how computers avoid giving a reason for not working these days) but so did 4 of the apps on my iPhone which worked fine before!Any help please?

then you cant do it via ssh. you'll have to look up cracked ipa repos for the cydia or installer apllications

check right ip adress, make sure port 22, password alpine, make sure its "sftp"

i cant ssh. i have open ssh from cydia, i have a mac, i tried cyberduck and i tried fugu, please let me know if there is anything else that i need

This was a great start for me... but it is for software 2.0.If you have 2.1 this video helped me because it had updated files and showed you how to change permissions
